Be cautious if noise is a concern. Rooms above the bar can be louder than expected until closing time. The hotel's location in Boystown is heavily geared towards adult entertainment, unsuitable for families or children. Be aware that the adult nature of the area could be surprising for some guests unfamiliar with it.

I had a cracking four nights here, the bed was pure brilliant – best sleep I've had in ages! The location was braw, right near everything. Just a wee drawback was the Wi-Fi could be hit or miss at times.

Amazing hotel, it has great restaurant and incredible location right near walking street. The units are good sized for clothes which are also safe. The staff are really helpful, they keep the place tidy. Thank you for a really nice stay.

The suite I stayed in offered a fantastic balcony area with a spacious lounge and a large bathroom, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring.
Unfortunately, I encountered a few cockroaches in the room, quite off-putting and raised concerns about cleanliness.

Amazing boutique place with a perfect location close to the bars, taxi rank to Jomtien, and Boyztown. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff with excellent local knowledge.

Spacious double room with ample storage for clothes, keeping them secure. the room has air conditioning and a TV equipped with a DVD player to enjoy some entertainment. 📺.

Spacious Suite with Great Amenities
The daily housekeeping kept everything clean and I appreciated having two flat-screen TVs in the room. The air conditioning could definitely use some servicing as it was a bit noisy at times.
